Bug#801257: java-common: default-jdk-doc should be architecture dependent

Package: java-common
Version: 0.53
Severity: normal

The default-jdk-doc package is arch all, but it should be architecture
dependent in order to target the right JDK documentation for the
architecture it's installed on. For example if java-common is built
on amd64 and then uploaded, default-jdk-doc will depend on openjdk-7-doc,
and someone installing default-jdk-doc on an architecture with GCJ as
the default JDK will get the wrong documentation.
