Bug#800376: scala-doc documents scala.reflect, but none of the other seperate standard libraries.

Dear Maintainer,

scala-doc documents the library scala.reflect, but doesn't document the
following standard libraries.

scala.xml
scala.swing
scala.util.continuations
scala.util.parsing
scala.actors

It would be helpful if scala-doc also documented these libraries.
