Bug#822781: libpdfbox-java: Command line tools missing / java -jar pdfbox.jar not working

Dear Maintainer,

I tried to use the pdfbox as documented,
https://pdfbox.apache.org/1.8/commandline.html , e.g.

java -jar /usr/share/java/pdfbox.jar Decrypt

But this always results in
no main manifest attribute, in /usr/share/java/pdfbox.jar

Is this expected behavior ? Or do I need to install another package ?
