Bug#817880: The actual error message for the eclipse-cdt FTBFS

The actual error message for the eclipse-cdt FTBFS was snipped from the 
log in the bug report, it is:

    [javac] Duplicate methods named spliterator with the parameters () and () are inherited from the types Collection<PathSettingsContainer> and Iterable<PathSettingsContainer>


This looks quite similar #757536 in eclipse, and the solution is likely 
the same (upgrade the Debian package to a non-ancient version that 
supports Java 8).
