Bug#827502: hunspell integration Consts obsolete?

Hi. I’m a core contributor to OmegaT.
The entire package is years out of date. Those constants haven’t existed since 2011 as best I can tell.
If this package isn’t going to be updated, I would suggest removing it entirely.
