Bug#819668: New upstream release 1.8.1 available on maven central

Version: 1.4.0-2

On maven central, the latest version is 1.8.1:
http://search.maven.org/#search|gav|1|g%3A%22com.jgoodies%22%20AND%20a%3A%22jgoodies-common%22

This is also the version, which JabRef 3.2 depends on.

Version 1.13.0, however, has been released on 2016-03-07 -
http://www.jgoodies.com/downloads/libraries/, but not yet pushed to
maven central and not tested with JabRef (and maybe other software
depending on jgoodies).

Is it possible to update the package to the latest version available
in maven central?
