Bug#842233: eclipse subversive pluging issue

Dear maintainers,

thanks for your work with this package, it's really appreciated.

Today I have been trying to use eclipse with the subversion pluging
('Subversive SVN' et al.) and it resulted in the eclipse program being
blocked until manually killed.

What I did:
 * install eclipse via aptitude
 * start eclipse
 * install the subversive SVN pluging (and the related depends) via the eclipse marketplace
 * restart eclipse as recommended
 * go to 'SVN Repositories' view
 * Add a new repository location
 * Enter the URL, click finish, eclipse blocked.
 * The last message shown is: Validating Repository Location: [Running...]

I've run tcpdump and my machine is indeed trying to contact the remote location,
I see traffic.

When I kill the java process, then this message appears in a window:
