We did a binary upload to Debian, but seems that Ubuntu syncs the packages by source and builds them again. I think someone at the Ubuntu side should do a binary upload to e.g. 2.13-4ubuntu1. I filed a bug <https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gradle/+bug/1622550> about this to Launchpad.
