I have found the missing dependency, it is liblog4j1.2-java. That made
it quite difficult to get log messages. Actually the library is optional
because you can also configure the server not to use logging at all but
Debian ships a log4j.properties file and thus the server apparently
expects that log4j must also be present. I have added liblog4j1.2-java
as a dependency to activemq. That should resolve the issue.
