Bug#872189: lombok: newer upstream version available

Hi Debian Java Team,

This is a tracking bug to update lombok from 1.16.8 to 1.6.18 (or
newer).  The work is already underway - I just need to get the build
system patch for the javadoc ironed out - so please let me know if you
have any concerns or particular requirements for the updated package.
