Bug#873646: RM? FTBFS with Java 9, 1 rdep is RoQA, abandoned upstream

This package fails to build with default-jdk pointing to openjdk-9-jdk.

The only rdep I can find is red5, which hopefully will get RM'd in
https://bugs.debian.org/870968 .  red5 is also holding a lot of other
abandoned packages in Debian.

Upstream (Apache Commons) have offically filed the project as Dormant
this year, but there doesn't seem to have been a real commit to its
source since 2007-06-25, so it's really been dormant for over ten years.

It fails to build with Java 9 due to a cool-looking junit VerifyError,
which I'm actually tempted to investigate:
