That's a very good question. :) I've completely lost track what fails
why and how this is all supposed to work.

I've modified locally
> maven-dependency-plugin and this error goes away (I'll upload it

Maybe I can work around it by not building/installing
robocode.dummy.zip. Hmm, let's see.
