Newest version of pdfsam on pdfsam.org is now v3.3.2 (see
https://github.com/torakiki/pdfsam/releases for the list of known
releases).

This version of pdfsam is now 7 years out of date. It should either be
updated, or removed from the archive; this is getting ridiculous.
