Bug#877729: freeplane startup fails with FileNotFoundException for MANIFEST.MF

/usr/share/freeplane/core/org.freeplane.core/META-INF/MANIFEST.MF is 
present in 1.6.6-1 but missing in 1.6.6-2. There are no other 
differences in "dpkg -L" output between the two versions.

MANIFEST.MF is listed in the web package list, but this is incorrect for 
the version on sid (1.6.6-2); stale list?:
https://packages.debian.org/sid/all/freeplane/filelist
