To facilitate packaging leiningen2, this package needs an upgrade to 
version 3.0.24. This turns out to be a dependency of 
libpomegranate-clojure via libmaven-resolver-java, which has a suggested 
dependency on this package.

All other plexus dependencies currently have the right versions; for 
some reason, this one is a few years out of date.
