Bug#874646: RM? FTBFS with Java 9, no rdeps, idle upstream

This package fails to build with default-jdk pointing to openjdk-9-jdk.
The wiki has some common problems and their solutions:
https://wiki.debian.org/Java/Java9Pitfalls

The problem would probably be easy to fix, however the package does not
appear to have had any love at all in 7+ years.

Last upstream commit was around 14 years ago. Last comment on a ticket
was around 7 years ago; the ticket wasn't resolved. Last release was 14
years ago.

I cannot find any rdeps, and the package appears to be a library. There
is some indication that people might want to use it interactively, i.e.
not as a library. I cannot find any real examples of anything doing
this?

Can we RM it?

Build log:

[javac] warning: [options] target value 1.4 is obsolete and will be removed in a future release
[javac] XXX: totally hacking the target version
[javac] /build/libnetx-java-0.5/src/nanoxml/XMLElement.java:294: error: as of release 5, 'enum' is a keyword, and may not be used as an identifier
    [javac]         Enumeration enum = this.entities.keys();
    [javac] ^

Cheers,
Chris.
