Bug#915504: sbt: Fails to detect version of java

Package: sbt
Version: 0.13.13-2
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

When running 'sbt', for example 'sbt' or 'sbt --help', it immediately halts
with the following error:

The java installation you have is not up to date
requires at least version 1.6+, you have
  version 11.0 2018-10-16

Please go to http://www.java.com/getjava/ and download
a valid Java Runtime and install before running .

Which seems somewhat contradictory!

Thanks,

Matt
