Hello,
thank you for reporting this issue. It reminds me of Debian bug #856626
in solr-tomcat. It is probably related. I will try to fix this for
Stretch as well. I'm also interested in upgrading the whole package to
the latest upstream release before we release Buster but don't hold your
breath.
