It appears to be related, although the build time is negligible in case
of libjide-oss-java. The last upload was in May 2018 and the package got
removed from testing in July. Maybe this somehow triggered the removal
of the -doc package? Looks all very fishy to me but I'm just going to
upload the binary package now.
