Bug#902798: antlr4: generated code depends on missing "antlr4-runtime.h"

Version: 4.6-1

As of version 4.6, Cpp code generates successfully (thank you) yet it can not 
be used because of '#include "antlr4-runtime.h"' which is not provided by any 
package...

"antlr4-runtime.h" is in the upstream tarball under "runtime/Cpp/runtime/src"
however those files are thrown away from repacked tarball...
