Bug#902763: clojure: Include new CLI tools and runner scripts

Dear Maintainer,

recent Clojure release 1.9 introduced new way to run Clojure, build java class
path and resolve dependencies (tools.deps.alpha).

However Debian Clojure package 1.9 includes old runner script. New
functionality does not work as expected and described in Clojure tutorials.

I suggest to replace old /usr/bin/clojure1.9 script with new runner scripts and
manual page from

    https://github.com/clojure/brew-install/tree/1.9.0/src/main/resources
