Bug#891695: "mh_linkjar" and "mh_installpoms" Do Not Support "--relocate"

Because I was trying to get around with the error of "mh_linkjar".... I admit that is a wrong attempt.

But never mind, the point is to let all "mh_" sequence support all options in "*.poms" files but ignore whatever is irrelevant to them.
