eclipse-rcp depends on libswt-webkit-gtk-3-jni which is the last
package keeping the unmaintained webkitgtk in Debian Testing. Please
investigate whether it's possible to drop this dependency.

I'm guessing it's still possible for apps to use the Eclipse platform
without that library: it's just that web browser powered widgets won't
work?
