Are you sure? Without these settings, libknopflerfish-osgi-java-doc-X
will still be kept if libknopflerfish-osgi-framework-java is updated to
Y, thus you have an old doc package lying around.

One important lintian is an FP (#894397)

  * Drop -java-doc package due to low popcon (Closes: #893221)
  * Correct description (R5->R6)
  * Priority extra->optional
  * Install NOTICE.txt in main package
  * Bump standards version to 4.1.3
