Bug#897945: visualvm will not start since upgrade of libnb-*-java to 8.1+dfsg1-8

Dear Maintainer,

I had this problem so I downloaded the last upstream version (1.4.1) 
that version is working fine with all the three jdks ( OpenJDK 8, 
OpenJDK 9, and OpenJDK 10)

Hope this help to speedup the update from upstream
