Bug#864657: Any updates of ca-certificates-java being dependant on default-jre ?

Hi all,

As shared in https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=864657#14

Also shouldn't openjdk-jre-8 be taken out of the mix now that
openjdk-10-jre and now openjdk-11-jre are in the mix.
