Bug#908620: jameica: Too many dependencies installed compared to official version

Hello Jochen,

are you sure, you need eclipse as a dependency of installing Jameica?
Not only for building.

At this time I installed and use jameica from upstream at one maschine
without installing eclipse.

It works with hibiscus and JVerein
