Bug#921312: libsaxonhe-java: description says XSLT 3.0 is unsupported but upstream websites disagree

The description says XSLT 3.0 is unsupported but the upstream websites
say it is supported. The upstream websites and feature matrix makes it
clear that only basic support is available, but it is supported.

 at the basic level of conformance defined by W3C. Not included in
 the Home Edition are: schema processing and schema aware XSLT and XQuery;
 support for the 3.0 versions of the specifications; numerous Saxon extensions;

  • Saxon-HE (home edition) is an open source product available under the
    Mozilla Public License version 2.0. It provides implementations of XSLT
    (3.0), XQuery (3.1), and XPath (2.0 and 3.1) at the basic level of
    conformance defined by W3C. It is available for Java and .NET.
