This issue is related to the recent javadoc change. I am opting for the
removal of liblucene3-java-doc right now. That "solves" the build
failure but there is another one later one, something about

java.io.FileNotFoundException: Could not resolve XML resource [null]
with public ID [-//Sun Microsystems, Inc.//DTD Web Application 2.3//EN],
system ID [http://java.sun.com/dtd/web-app_2_3.dtd] and base URI
[file:/build/lucene-solr-3.6.2+dfsg/solr/webapp/web/WEB-INF/web.xml] to
a known, local entity.

I'm just looking into it.
