Bug#891957: netbeans no starting "loading module" modules.netbinox NullPointerException

This issue is actually caused by missing files in libequionx-osgi-java.
The sources from Maven did neither contain the *.profile nor .properties
files which caused a NullPointerException in Netbeans and made the
program unusable. I have added those files now which will resolve this bug.
