Bug#923941: libmaven3-core-java has a typo in the libmaven-parent-java dependency

libmaven3-core-java has a typo in the libmaven-parent-java dependency,

  Depends: [...] libmaven-parent-java (>= 3.x)

while the changelog says:

  - Depend on libmaven-parent-java (>= 31)

So I assume that is a typo, loosening the dependency instead of tightening it.
