Bug#910407: openjfx: Need for openjfx for both OpenJDK8 and OpenJDK11

Hello,

While it is quite reasonable to not want to support java8, I think there is
still a need to consider future cases where users may have multiple java
versions installed side by side (eg. 11 and 13/14) and would like to have
JavaFX available to more than one java version at a time.
