Bug#942814: libhibernate-validator-java: update to 5.3.6 breaks reverse-dependencies

The update of libhibernate-validator-java to version 5.3.6. broke at
least pdfsam (#942507) and libspring-java. The new version is incompatible with
libgeronimo-validation-1.0-spec-java and requires
libgeronimo-validation-1.1-spec-java.

In addition libhibernate-validator-java should add classmate.jar to
its CLASSPATH because it won't work without it.

Still PDFsam fails to work because libhibernate-validator-java causes
another exception because of a missing el-api.jar and/or el-impl.jar file on the
CLASSPATH.

Some internet research suggests this is a known problem with version
5.x but at the moment I don't know if this is a packaging error or
whether it requires a patch for the affected reverse-dependencies.
