Thanks for the report. Stephan is correct. The permissions of jetty9
must be overridden by solr-jetty. I don't know what call should replace
the current addAliasCheck, so I have just commented it out and leave it
to the system administrator to configure it until we have found a better
default value. I will backport this change to Buster too.
