Bug#978402: Please add support for v2 endpoints (Jolokia)

At the moment, libtrapperkeeper-metrics-clojure patches out Jolokia
entirely, as it's not in the archive.

It would be nice to remove that patch and add support for it, as v1
endpoints are being deprecated.
