Bug#952913: biglybt: Side Bar rapidly flickers on mouse hoover

After restarting BBT many times I found a case where the Side Bar doesn't flicker.

It happened when I restarted BBT after turning Side Bar hidden, and BBT started without side bar visible. When turning side bar visible after it started, it didn't flicker.

Restarting BBT with side bar visible caused side bar to flicker again.

The above behaviour is reproducible for me.

So the workaround is to turn off BBT with Side Bar hidden, so that after starting it again it doesn't flicker.
