Bug#849623: jmeter: apache jmeter need to upgrade (3.1)

Hi,

I guess you maintainers are quite busy to not answer this bug for... 4
years?  To be fair, 3 years and 5 months.  Roughly.

So could you give us some update?  At this moment the jmeter shipped within
debian is quite outdated compared to the official version.
