Bug#965902: bump xom debhelper compat from 5 to 7

Hello,

I have locally bumped debhelper compat to 7, rebuilt the package and ran
diffoscope between archive-provided and locally built
libxom-java_1.2.10-2_all.deb. The single change is in
META-INF/MANIFEST.MF of the JAR file:

I assume this is safe to upload, but I would like someone else to
confirm the change. Bumping compat level from 5 to 7 which is also
deprecated is a sloppy fix, but would probably do for now.
