Hello Debian Java Maintainers,

There is a circular dependency between libgrpc-java and libopencensus-java:

libgrpc-java 	:Depends: libopencensus-java (>= 0.24.0~)
libopencensus-java 	:Depends: libgrpc-java

Circular dependencies involving shared libraries are known to cause problems
during upgrade between stable releases, so we should try to get rid of them.
