 Okay, libuima-adapter-soap-java has no reverse dependency.

$ apt-rdepends -r libuima-adapter-soap-java
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree... Done
Reading state information... Done
libuima-adapter-soap-java


 So let's remove its binary package and add Breaks: to it.
