Bug#998901: dropped libidn11-java has reverse dependency

Hi,

In a recent upload you dropped libidn11-java from the list of built
packages. However, that binary has one reverse dependency: libjxmpp-java.

Please align with the maintainers of that package (in X-Debbugs-CC) what
the way forward should be.
