I feel this could have been handled differently. They are just project
contributors under the umbrella of the OWASP foundation. This is similar to an
Apache Software Foundation project. Hence why the third clause reads "Neither
the name of the OWASP nor the names of its contributors..." 

This is really minor and the names could have been added with the second
source-only upload which needs to happen anyway. I have re-uploaded libowasp-
encoder-java mentioning the three names now.
