It is my understanding that Horacio Camacho is one of the contributors to this
scientific project lead by the Carnegie Mellon University and the license in

or

https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/com.wcohen/com.wcohen.secondstring/0.1

covers all files.

Since you seem to disagree with this finding I have removed TagLink.java and
TagLinkToken.java from the sources and reuploaded secondstring to NEW. I have
also filed a github issue and asked for a clarification.
