For JDK 11, I believe we want https://github.com/openjdk/jfx11u
For JDK 17, it would be https://github.com/openjdk/jfx17u

Agreed.  Java Team, should we be targeting OpenJFX 17 for bookworm, or
is an updated build of OpenJFX 11 of use?
