Bug#1017718: tomcat9: version.sh shows wrong built date

Package: tomcat9
Version: 9.0.43-2~deb11u3
Severity: minor

When running /usr/share/tomcat9/bin/version.sh it shows that the package was built
in 1970. That might be a little bit too early for a bullseye package.
