I have built jtharness -> jtreg6 -> openjdk-17 against rxtx 2.2.0+dfsg-2
and don't see any (obvious) regressions.  The test results for
openjdk-17 look the same or better than the build without the update,
and are very similar to the results from the autobuilders.

I will upload later soon.
