Hello Stephan,

libebook-contacts needs a rebuild as part of the protobuf transition.
The reason for the recent breakage is that libphonenumber, which also
hasn't changed recently, was rebuilt for the transition [1].

You can find more information in Debian bug #1024674 [2].
