Bug#1031641: libcommons-dbcp-java-doc: Dropped binary package breaks other packages

As you can see from the cruft report excerpt below, the recent
libcommons-dbcp-java upload that dropped the libcommons-dbcp-java-doc
package causese problems with other packages:

  binary package(s): libcommons-dbcp-java-doc
  on all
  - suggested command:
    dak rm -o -m "[auto-cruft] NBS (no longer built by libcommons-dbcp-java - based on source metadata)" -s unstable -a all -p -R -b libcommons-dbcp-java-doc

    biojava-live: libbiojava-java-doc

  - broken Build-Depends:
    biojava-live: libcommons-dbcp-java-doc
    uima-as: libcommons-dbcp-java-doc

Given the state of the pre-release freeze, I think it would be better if
you did another upload that restores this binary and deferred further
doc package cleanup work in Unstable until after the release.  I have
not checked with the release team on this specific issue, so it's
possible they will feel differently.  Please check with them to be sure
if you believe it's needed.
