$ reverse-depends -b node-rollup-plugin-node-polyfills
Reverse-Build-Depends
=====================
* node-autoprefixer
* node-sockjs
* node-uri-js
* psl.js

So this was packaged as build dependency of these packages. If we can 
migrate to something better, that could work.
