   * What led up to the situation?

deploy .war in tomcat10
got errors from tomcat10 in "journalctl -f"

   * What exactly did you do that was effective ?

change tomcat user home in /etc/passwd to /var/lib/tomcat10

   * What was the outcome of this action?
